What you'll do

• Oversee engineering functions and a team of three to four engineers

• maintain product drawings, floor layouts, and engineering documentation
• manage R&D projects, testing, reports, and costs
• lead Lean workflow and SOP initiatives
• support technical troubleshooting and internal customers
• coordinate with production, purchasing, supply chain, and sales.
