• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor activity and report suspicious conditions or policy violations
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
