What you'll do

• Support daily store operations
• lead, coach, and develop department managers and associates
• monitor sales, labor, productivity, inventory, and store conditions
• partner on merchandising and promotions
• assist with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• monitor product quality, rotation, pricing, shrink, and waste
• help enforce policies, food safety, cash controls, safety, and security
• resolve customer and employee issues
• serve as leader on duty when the Store Director is absent.
