What you'll do

• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with shopping and errands as authorized
• support clients following written special-diet plans
• escort clients to appointments, shopping, errands, and outings as specified in the care plan
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow care plans and agency procedures
• observe and report changes
• maintain accurate daily records
• attend orientation, training, and staff meetings.
