Direct Counsel is partnering with a growing, full-service law firm to add an attorney to its Trusts & Estates practice, advising high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, and family offices.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on multigenerational wealth planning and tax optimization
• draft estate plans, charitable gift agreements, and trust structures
• implement wealth-transfer strategies
• counsel fiduciaries on post-death and ongoing trust administration
• advise on community and separate property characterization
• collaborate with clients and outside advisors on large-scale planning projects.
