What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and growth
• develop teams and coach supervisors
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• manage production execution, labor, workflow, and Lean improvements
• oversee warehouse and inventory control
• coordinate planning and supply chain
• drive quality and corrective actions
• partner with maintenance and engineering
• lead daily management meetings and capacity planning
• manage budgets and operational performance.
