What you'll do
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- prospect the lead pond and develop business
- maintain CRM notes, stages, tasks, and communication records
- conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- help buyers identify and tour properties
- advise sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing, and negotiation
- host open houses and follow up with attendees
- build relationships with clients and the local community
- prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents
- work with compliance and transaction support
