What you'll do

• Review quality-of-earnings analysis, supporting documentation, and workpapers
• validate EBITDA/SDE adjustments and add-backs
• review normalized earnings, revenue quality, working capital, cash proof, and reconciliations
• provide final technical and editorial review
• sign or co-sign reports when professionally appropriate
• respond to lender and underwriting questions
• participate in occasional lender calls
• coach the existing team
• improve templates, methodologies, and quality-control procedures.
