Description

Performs malnutrition assessments, nutrition-focused physical exams, diet education, and provides nutrition support recommendations. Consults with physicians and allied health professionals on patient nutritional status and needs. Formulates and documents nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans. Participates in clinical rounds and meetings.
