The Home Health Aide role is onsite in West New York, NJ; compensation is not specified. S & S Home Health Care provides in-home support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. The aide assists clients with personal care and daily activities, follows care plans, records and reports relevant changes, and provides companionship. This work supports clients’ ability to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transportation to appointments or walks
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
