What you'll do

• Oversee a primary hospice patient caseload
• conduct initial and comprehensive nursing assessments and reassessments

• implement, evaluate, and revise the plan
• teach, supervise, and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and staff
• coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• supervise Hospice Aides and Homemakers.
