Regional Vendor Manager – DFW Metro Area

Job overview

The Regional Vendor Manager role is remote from a home office within the assigned Dallas/Fort Worth territory, with travel throughout that region of approximately 40%–50%. What you'll do

• Monitor contractor performance and coach to meet service-level agreements
• work with contractors and internal partners to address regional coverage needs
• hold contractor check-ins to review active claims and challenges
• ensure assignments are handled efficiently and consistently
• lead in-person regional meetings
• travel approximately 40%–50% within the region to meet homeowners and contractors and support compliance and service quality
• resolve issues among property owners, clients, and contractors
• attend regional industry events and conferences to support brand presence and contractor recruiting.
