What you'll do

• Perform landscaping and general property upkeep
• handle assigned maintenance, plumbing, and painting needs
• remove snow from walkways and roofs
• perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and pool components
• clean pools and related areas
• troubleshoot maintenance problems
• travel between buildings as needed
• follow up with departments on repair status.
