What you'll do

• File complaints, pleadings, motions, and other documents through California state court systems and federal CM/ECF
• review submissions for signatures, exhibits, formatting, and court requirements
• track acceptance and resolve rejections
• save file-stamped copies
• coordinate service of process and proofs of service
• review court notices and communicate hearing dates and deadlines
• assist with calendaring and maintain filing and service logs.
