What you'll do

• Prepare for breakfast around 5:00 a.m. on weekdays and 5:30 a.m. on weekends
• set up, maintain, restock, and break down the buffet
• assist guests and respond to questions
• inform kitchen associates when items need replenishing
• clean buffet and dining areas
• attend to spills and housekeeping needs
• perform side work and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
