What you'll do

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• guide work instructions for board assembly, solder rework, inspection, and acceptance testing
• streamline manufacturing processes
• establish and operate an SMT line
• build PCBA functional and environmental testing capability
• collaborate with design engineers on manufacturability and design reviews
• optimize production rate, yield, and cost
• ensure timely delivery to box-level assembly.
