What you'll do
- Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork, attic or vertical split systems, and rooftop package units
- maintain the company vehicle and its stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment
- travel to job sites in the service area and coordinate schedules and delays with dispatch and customers
- design duct systems for comfort and efficiency
- discuss homeowner concerns and interests that may lead to accessory sales or system replacement
- prepare invoices and paperwork and process credit card payments
- and participate in company-provided customer service and technology training. NATE and EPA Universal certifications are preferred.
