The Therapeutic Training & Support Staff role is based at the CBHI main office in Chicopee, MA, with work in clients’ homes and community settings across Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties. Pay is $19.25–$25.25 per hour. River Valley Counseling Center’s mission is to improve community health and well-being through compassionate care. The staff member provides therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families, helping build skills and manage behavior in line with clinical treatment plans. The role works with clinicians to coordinate care, connect families with resources, and document progress toward treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home, clinic, and community-based therapeutic support to youth and families
• assist with outpatient treatment linkages and appointments
• coordinate care and referrals
• support skill-building, mentoring, and behavior management
• provide client transportation as needed
• maintain direct-service productivity of 70% of available time
• submit progress notes within 24 hours
• support intake paperwork, safety plans, and discharge planning
• attend assigned meetings and in-services.
