What you'll do

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments of children and families
  • provide field-based mental health services, case management, and crisis intervention, including 24-hour availability as needed
  • develop and implement Family Support Plans with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • coordinate with agencies and community supports
  • complete required documentation, reports, and evaluations
  • participate in supervision, training, and meetings.
