What you'll do

• Support day-to-day client relationship management
• schedule and prepare for client and participant meetings and document follow-up
• coordinate plan administration with external partners
• assist with onboarding, conversions, and general administration
• provide participant education and enrollment materials
• serve as a resource on recordkeeper systems and escalate issues as needed
• identify participants who may benefit from additional services and refer them to wealth management.
