What you'll do

• Architect enterprise-level research systems, including taxonomies and sampling frameworks.
• Lead multi-portfolio research programs.
• Set standards for research quality, ethics, and governance.
• Develop AI-native research tools and automation pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on panel strategy and vendor selection.
• Mentor senior researchers and guide capability development.
