What you'll do

• Communicate daily with the outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to resolve issues and escalations
• handle internal and external escalations from Service Partners, Field Operations, and Accounts Receivable
• review requested labor rates against contracts and upload updated rates
• assist with auditing warranty claims before warranty closing
• compile and manage system data
• prepare ad hoc reports on warranty trends and costs.
