Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member position is an onsite role located in Wytheville, VA. 50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the operations of a Sheetz retail location. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy customer service and operational excellence. The lead is responsible for mentoring staff, managing product inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness to contribute to the company's overall performance goals.
