Hospice Account Executive

What you'll do

• Develop assigned territory and accounts
• create and evaluate territory plans
• make sales calls and presentations to referral sources
• maintain provider-service knowledge
• meet with patients and families to discuss home health, address concerns, and obtain signed consent documents
• coordinate with admissions and patient-care resources
• maintain customer and competitor profiles, call logs, follow-up plans, and monthly referral reports
• participate in healthcare-community education and marketing.
