What you'll do

• Directly supervise nine Senior Services Specialists and three Senior Nutrition Aides
• monitor staff performance and provide guidance
• conduct site visits
• support best practices for serving older adults
• approve timecards and complete performance evaluations
• assist with programs and initiatives for older adults
• identify health, social service, nutrition, socialization, and transportation resources
• and help establish community partnerships.
