The Plant Human Resources Business Partner role is onsite in Louisville, KY, and is full-time. Pay is $89,383–$131,000 per year. The HRBP is part of the plant leadership team at Paradise Tomato Kitchen and partners with plant leaders to support business and production objectives. The role executes enterprise HR programs at the plant while advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. It also supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, engagement, safety coordination, and workforce reporting to strengthen operational performance and employee experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership on people strategies, workforce planning, staffing, and change management
• analyze workforce trends and risks
• coach leaders
• handle or support employee relations matters and investigations
• execute site recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• support employment-law and policy compliance
• execute site payroll and timekeeping processes
• support leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work
• lead local engagement initiatives
• reinforce safety practices with plant leadership and EHSS
• maintain HR data and documentation
• analyze workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
