The role supports safe, organized clinical care by preparing patients, administering prescribed allergy and immunotherapy injections, assisting with testing, and documenting care. It contributes to patient treatment and clinic operations while coordinating with the immunotherapy nursing team and other clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and assist with intake and preparation for provider visits
• provide general care and administer prescribed treatments, including allergy/immunotherapy injections
• educate patients and families on protocols and safety
• monitor and document vital signs, treatment responses, and post-injection observation
• assist with skin, patch, and pulmonary function testing
• calibrate and operate pulmonary function testing equipment
• maintain clean, stocked rooms
• document in the EHR
• sterilize equipment and follow HIPAA and OSHA standards
• support prior authorization submissions when requested
• assist LVNs or RNs during procedures.
