What you'll do

• Manage project setup, buyout, execution, billing, and closeout
• lead turnover and kickoff meetings
• develop budgets and monitor costs and progress
• review contracts and approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
• coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
• enforce safety and OSHA compliance
• oversee quality control and schedules
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• complete documentation and closeout requirements.
