The Research Concierge, Clinical Trials position is onsite in San Antonio, TX, supporting the site there. Compensation is not specified. The concierge helps connect potentially eligible patients with clinical research opportunities through schedule review, patient engagement, prescreening support, and education. The role also builds relationships with clinic staff and communicates patient interactions and screening outcomes to research teams.

What you'll do

• Review clinic schedules and patient records to identify potential trial candidates
• prepare prioritized candidate lists and maintain tracking logs
• receive physician referrals and have brief, non-coercive study conversations with interested patients
• document interactions in Salesforce
• support limited prescreening activities, including blood pressure, point-of-care testing, medication history, and brief eligibility screening
• help schedule screening visits
• educate patients about clinical research
• maintain relationships with clinic staff and stay informed about active protocols.
