What you'll do

• Schedule patient appointments based on needs and physician schedules
• coordinate local referrals and paper or faxed referrals
• provide backup contact-center support as needed
• maintain patient demographics and portal records in EMR software
• respond to live chat and cataract self-test inquiries
• communicate by email
• coordinate with patient relations and provider liaisons
• assist with reporting and special projects
• run real-time eligibility queries.
