What you'll do

• Set up and operate mechanical and CNC spring coiling equipment
• interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances
• load and position raw material
• verify machine settings and finished parts with precision measuring equipment
• inspect first-run and sample parts
• follow safety procedures
• perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• identify malfunctions and coordinate repairs
• document production activities and shift handoffs
• support continuous improvement and production goals.
