What you'll do

• Draft and file complaints in state and federal court
• prepare discovery inquiries and responses, motions, and responses
• take and defend witness depositions
• serve as lead or second-chair counsel at hearings and trials
• maintain client files and legal documents
• draft contracts, agreements, and manuals for employer clients
• assist with trial preparation
• help market the firm and develop new business.
