What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned marketing campaigns and manage requirements, timelines, decisions, dependencies, and risks
• maintain project records and workflow systems
• facilitate kickoffs, reviews, and checkpoints
• monitor timelines and follow up with stakeholders
• review documentation and handoffs
• identify missing inputs, conflicting direction, and delivery risks
• resolve routine roadblocks and coordinate issue resolution
• communicate status and changes
• prioritize competing deadlines
• identify workflow improvements and participate in training and special projects.
