What you'll do

• Review and enter charges
• route charges in Epic Resolute Professional Billing
• prepare and submit claims
• resolve claim errors, rejections, and denials
• perform payer appeals as needed
• reconcile payment batches and unapplied payments
• maintain patient and payer information
• generate payment and cash reconciliation reports
• coordinate with payers, patients, and internal teams.
