Admissions Specialist – Nursing Center

What you'll do

• Receive and review facility inquiries by phone, email, fax, and in person
• extract referral information and prepare it for team review
• coordinate admission arrangements with discharge planners, families, and physicians
• prepare and complete admission paperwork
• assist with resident orientation and room placement
• review admission packets and obtain required signatures
• verify identity, financial status, and insurance or payment coverage.
