What you'll do

• Oversee building automation projects, including estimating, engineering, programming, and field coordination
• manage schedules, budgets, and manpower
• coordinate with internal teams, MEP coordinators, commissioning agents, and owners
• mentor team members
• monitor performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
• lead project closeouts.
