What you'll do

• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
• conduct inventor interviews and collaborate with clients
• prepare office action responses and examiner interviews
• support domestic and international patent portfolios
• monitor relevant technology and patent law developments
• develop prosecution strategies under partner-level supervision and mentoring.
