Shift Supervisor - Queens - Residential Group Home

The dedicated and collaborative Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment which fosters growth and facilitates the development of mutual aid/self-help skills with the people we support. The ideal candidate will supervise staff and provide the appropriate supports tailored to the needs and desires of each person being supported to enable them to
