What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• assist with ambulation, positioning, and transfers when appropriate. Prepare meals, provide companionship and light housekeeping, accompany clients to errands and medical appointments, provide medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance, and follow care plans while reporting changes or safety concerns. Certain care tasks are performed when trained and appropriate.
