What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans
• provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, symptom and pain control, and patient and family education
• supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides
• coordinate care and documentation
• respond to urgent needs and participate in admissions/on-call
• maintain compliant clinical records.
