Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager role is an onsite position in Concord, NC, with compensation of $110,000–$125,000 per year. DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation manufactures dye-sublimation media for photo printers and thermal transfer ribbons and barcode printers. The manager leads one or more functional areas within manufacturing operations, setting and achieving targets for safety, quality, productivity, cost, inventory, and projects. The role advances operational performance through planning, staff leadership, process improvement, and coordination across facility departments.

What you'll do

• Develop operating plans and budgets
• direct and evaluate production management and staff
• provide for training and development
• establish improvement plans and KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• monitor performance and report progress to executive management
• coach direct reports and develop internal talent
• lead cost reduction and quality improvement
• maintain accurate process, production, and inventory data
• manage improvement projects
• coordinate support activities with other departments.
