What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to established care plans and procedures
- assess residents’ physical and psychosocial status and monitor changes
- administer medications and treatments and document care
- coordinate resident needs with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other providers
- support health promotion and wellness
- maintain compliant clinical documentation
- assist with care planning and evaluations
- collaborate with caregivers and leadership
- respond to concerns, incidents, and emergencies
- support care staff training as appropriate
- participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.
