What you'll do

• Cultivate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals
• serve as a contact for members
• explain membership options and benefits
• welcome members and visitors
• guide prospective members on facility tours
• follow up on leads
• use waiver and survey data to identify potential leads
• support check-ins, check-outs, class registrations, and safety waiver processing
• record membership activity in HighRise and manage accounts in Bizzflo.
