What you'll do

• Welcome guests and open doors
• use greeting, seating, and waiting-list procedures
• seat guests in a timely manner
• check guests out at the register and invite them to return
• attend to guest needs in the dining room
• suggest bakery items and package to-go orders
• keep cashier, bakery, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and dining areas clean
• assist servers with pre-bussing, sweeping, side work, and to-go orders
• communicate service, product, equipment, or safety issues to managers and coworkers.
