• Coordinate development and implementation of new and revised SLAs
• partner with business, technical, operational, quality, and reporting teams to define requirements and measures
• document calculation methods, data sources, exclusions, dependencies, and reporting needs
• assess measurability
• coordinate implementation dependencies
• maintain plans and traceable documentation
• facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
