What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across Customer Service, Dispatch, Inside Sales, and Install Coordination
• develop departmental strategies
• establish and monitor KPIs, staffing plans, budgets, and performance expectations
• improve booking rates and efficiency
• report to executive leadership
• optimize dispatch, scheduling, and ServiceTitan/CRM/AI tools
• coach and develop staff
• manage staffing and retention
• maintain customer service standards
• partner with Field Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR
• handle escalated customer concerns.
