What you'll do

• Administer sourcing, staffing, employment administration, onboarding, associate relations, leave, benefits, and training
• deliver new-hire orientation
• advise managers and associates on regulations, policies, performance, promotion, and compensation practices
• support employee relations investigations and resolutions
• guide managers on coaching and corrective action
• support performance reviews and training initiatives
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• recommend HR process and policy improvements.
