What you'll do

• Assess patients’ physical status, emotional needs, and strengths
• plan and provide nursing care and teaching
• review laboratory and procedural results
• administer care and execute medical orders
• document care and outcomes
• evaluate treatment response and communicate patient status
• delegate and oversee ED technician assignments
• maintain BLS and ACLS certification and obtain TNCC and PALS within the stated timeframes.
