What you'll do

• Develop and grow customer relationships
• follow up with leads and prospects
• maintain pricing, product, and customer information
• document customer activity in HubSpot
• maintain service descriptions in customer portals
• coordinate problem resolution with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams
• onboard customers and conduct credit references
• support sales projects
• manage website contact forms and reviews
• handle incoming calls when required.
