Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. The position supports r.World’s Denver reuse program, which diverts single-use products from landfills through reusable cup systems at live events, concerts, and festivals. The supervisor helps execute daily operations by overseeing cup washing, delivery, and collection and supporting the Operations Manager’s work plan. The role also fills operational gaps, coordinates with sales and customers, and maintains inventory, equipment, and wash-hub readiness so clean cups are available for venue orders.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily work plans and supervise Wash Technicians
• represent r.World in client interactions
• lead assigned improvement initiatives and projects
• support cup sorting, washing, buffing, inspection, packing, and order fulfillment
• deliver and collect cups using a company box truck and complete vehicle logs, inspections, and upkeep
• count inventory at venues and the wash hub
• help set up new venues with local Sales teams
• maintain equipment and supplies
• keep the wash hub organized
• conduct inventory cycle counts
• backfill driving, breakdown, and quality-assurance work when short staffed.
